Review: M3F Brings Sunshine, Smooth Grooves, and Stellar Sets to Phoenix

M3F BATHED FESTIVAL GOERS IN SUNSHINE AND SMOOTH GROOVES THIS PAST WEEKEND - solidifying its reputation as a well-organized, music-filled experience for all ages. From the ease of navigating the festival grounds with readily available public transportation and efficient food and drink vendors, to the convenient positioning of the two main stages allowing for seamless movement between sets, M3F offered a stress-free environment to fully immerse oneself in the music.

The idyllic Phoenix weather provided the perfect backdrop for a weekend of musical exploration. We kicked off our Saturday with Coco and Breezy's infectious dance moves and joyful energy, setting the tone for a day filled with feel-good vibes.

Arlo Parks serenaded the crowd with their mesmerizing vocals, while Dayglow, their first show of the year, brought an electrifying performance that had the audience buzzing with excitement. Whomadewho surprised and delighted with their energetic and unique sound, while Hippo Campus brought the fun with their catchy tunes and playful stage presence. SG Lewis' DJ set provided a refreshing change of pace, showcasing his musical versatility, before Dominic Fike captivated the audience with his undeniable charisma. Elderbrook's smooth set served as the perfect closer for day one, leaving a feeling of contentment in the air.

DRAMA by Sophie Gragg

Saturday continued the momentum with Young Franco's groovy set setting the mood for a day filled with more upbeat music. Bunt kept the energy high with their dynamic performance, while Lutrell provided a moment of chill vibes before the energy picked back up. Tim Atlas brought the fun with his infectious stage presence, and It's Murph went all out with a high-octane set that had the crowd on their feet, creating a truly electric atmosphere. Drama had everyone dancing, making them one of the clear highlights of the day. Poolside delivered a feel-good set filled with sun-soaked melodies, and Gordo brought the hyper energy, keeping the party going well into the night.

Duke Dumont stole the show with an incredible set, complete with stunning visuals and pulsating beats that left everyone wanting more. Lane 8 closed out the festival on a high note, their beautiful visuals and mesmerizing sounds leaving a lasting impression on the audience.

M3F 2024 offered a curated lineup of talented artists, a well-organized experience, and most importantly, the chance to create lasting memories under the warm Phoenix sun.
