Nat Vazar - “Strange Adrenaline”

Hailing from Naarm/Melbourne. artist Nat Vazer releases introspective new single “Strange Adrenaline.” With heart-stopping lyrics and swaying melodies, this song is reminiscent of The Strokes' album The New Abnormal. “Strange Adrenaline,” has a whisky guitar melody and soft, reverb-soaked vocals making the sharp lyricism shine through. Produced by Nat Vazer alongside Robert Muinos and mixed by Burke Reid, this single highlights the way Nat Vazer builds on the folk tradition of storytelling, while experimenting with indie-rock and dream-pop production. After hitting the ground running in 2023 with previous singles premiered by Triple J and EarMilk, Vazer is setting herself up as an artist to watch. Other placements include Under The Radar and Spotify Editorial playlist Fresh Finds AU & NZ. Her debut U.S. shows include SXSW, New Colossus Festival (New York City), and WFNM in Los Angeles. We at Luna are looking forward to seeing Nat Vazer continue to expand and grow as an artist and lyricist.

Walter The Producer - “Since September”

Boston’s Walter The Producer releases No Substance Mixtape at an impressive 20 years old. Young and hungry, this producer oozes a strong sense of self and creativity. His latest release, “Since September” is accompanied by a music video that shows this producer's aesthetic prowess and eye for unique storytelling. Set in what seems to be an apocalyptic state, this music video shows Walter slowly descending into madness and does so in a visually appealing, and subtly humorous way. The song itself is very soothing, and catchy, making the music video all the more interesting — you would think an apocalypse would inspire a gut-wrenching, sad song, not upbeat. The lyrics aren’t overly complicated, making the melody stand out all that much more. The quality of the song and music video shows that despite his young age Walter the Producer is a meticulous, and intentional artist. If you like this song and video, make sure to check out the rest of his EP, No Substance Mixtape.

Rebounder x Purr - “Library (feat. Purr)”

“Library” is a joy-filled indie rock jam from New York City band, Rebounder. The track comes out of the gate with an upbeat and energetic guitar riff. It instantly brings about this happy-go-lucky feeling that you can only really find during New York City summer. “Library” encapsulates this vibrant energy and the excitement of meeting a potential new romance during long summer days. If you’ve ever wondered what it might feel like to walk down the bustling streets during New York’s sunny season, all you have to do is pop on “Library” and you’ll get that vibe.

“Library” is the second single from Rebounder’s upcoming EP Sundress Songs. Towards the end of the track, the band features the delicate vocals of Purr to add a lovely layer of sweetness to the song. The track is accompanied by a music video featuring Purr that instantly takes you back to making home videos during summer vacation. Overall, this track does a phenomenal job of describing how romance can change like the seasons. And is the perfect track for all of your summertime encounters.
