WE’RE READY FOR A MEMORABLE WEEKEND AT PRIMAVERA’S SOUNDS FIRST TIME IN LOS ANGELES - if you're in the mood for emotional catharsis, Clairo, Lorde, Mitski, Faye Webster, and girl in red have you covered. On the other hand, if you want to dance your way through the day, celebrate with PinkPantheress, Shygirl, and Tierra Whack. Either way, the weekend will be jam packed with artists that will make you feel alive. With the sheer amount of amazing talent playing throughout the festival, it can be stressful trying to figure out which sets to fit on your bopping itinerary. To relieve you of the anxiety of festival FOMO, we have compiled a day-by-day directory of which iconic acts are appearing, and when each of them will be playing.

Friday

With so many 5 star acts in one day, Friday will have you hyped all day long. If you’re looking to appease your inner indie sleaze Tumblr queen, pregame the night with some Jehnny Beth and PinkPantheress before dipping your toes into the likes of Clairo, Stereolab, and Current Joys. End your day with the créme de la créme of sad girls, Mitski and Lorde. For a more mellow experience, squeeze in some of the emotional motions of Giveon and Mustafa in the late evening. If grooving is what you’re into, check out Divino Niño, Shygirl, and Darkside.

Saturday

After half a day of emotional recovery from Friday’s lineup, Saturday has a good mix of vibes to keep you feeling groovy throughout the day. Get down in the afternoon with Special Interest, Machine Girl, Paloma Mami, and Georgia as they get you moving and hyped for the night ahead. Take a break and release some pent up anger with Kim Gordon in the evening before vibing with Drain Gang, Tierra Whack, Fontains D.C., Khruangbin, Low, and Surf Curse. End the day with headliner Nine Inch Nails and finish the night with sounds from Bicep and Danny L Harle as you exit the venue - feeling cooler than ever.

Sunday

After two incredible festival days, when your itch for the indie Tumblr days comes creeping back in, struggle with the anticipation of seeing Cigarettes After Sex and Arctic Monkeys before scratching it at the end of the day! Make sure to get in there early after your Sunday brunch to catch Gustaf, Squid, and Amyl and the Sniffers screaming their little fantastic hearts out. Vibe out and cry loud with Marina Herlop, Buscabulla, Bad Gyal, Boy Harsher, and end that train with the fabulous ARCA. If you’d rather finish the weekend dwelling deeper in your emotions, make sure to hit Nuria Graham, Faye Webster, Dry Cleaning, King Krule, and girl in red before ending the night feeling 14 again with Cigarettes After Sex and Arctic Monkeys. 

Make sure to take in all the awesomeness of the weekend as you finish up your festival-going. Be sure to create a playlist of all your favorite acts, as well as a few new ones, so that when you listen to it, you can transport yourself back to Primavera Sound LA 2022 and reminisce on what a wonderful time you had.
